Request Spout account deletion

You can request deletion of your Spout account and associated personal data at any time. Use the email address connected to your Spout account so we can verify the request.

How to submit your request

Select the button below to open an email addressed to Spout support.
Send the request from the email address used for your Spout account.
We will verify your identity and confirm when the account deletion process is complete.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to hello@withspout.com with the subject “Spout account deletion request.”

What happens to your data

We will delete or de-identify account data that is no longer required. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, contractual, or security obligations. Recordings already licensed to a customer or used to train a model cannot be recalled; deletion and consent withdrawal apply going forward as described in our Privacy Policy.
